My phone picks up my email and so I knew when it started working again, at 6 a.m. I was unable to access wi-fi for an entire night. It would be so much better if it were on a turnable wall mount and they got rid of the cabinet, which only offers two storage drawers. The TV is inside this monsterous piece of furniture that is really in the way of watching it from an angle. There are three things that really bothered us, though. The king bed was just excellent for us and we are used to sleeping on a Tempurpedic bed.
We don't expect the luxury lodging of a 250.+ room in a moderate rated hotel. It was clean, if a little worn and tired, but for the price paid, it was worth it. Our room had a coffee maker in it, plus little fridge and a fireplace. It's a quick board walk to the uncrowded beach. The room view was terrific, even from the 2nd floor. The hotel itself is on such a great setting, so close to the beach. We stayed 5 nights, so had a good chance to encounter at least one 'rude' person, but simply did not. Contrary to other reviews, we found the entire staff to be exceptionally friendly and helpful, from the casino to the lounge food service, to the hotel.
